Fees

1. Service Fee* : SGD32.10 (inclusive of GST)
2. Visa Fee : Visa Fee varies between Nationalities (Kindly refer to the Visa Fee Schedule)

• *Service Fee levied for service rendered are non-refundable.

Required Documents

1. International Passport (Passport validity must be more than 6 months)
2. Passport size photo (Most recent 6 months)
3. Photocopy of Supporting Documents

• Valid Passes issued by the Government of Singapore
• Form 7 (For Singapore PR)
• For applicant without valid pass issued by Government of Singapore:
  • E-Visa issued by ICA Singapore
  • Disembarkation / Embarkation Card
  • Flight Ticket (For travelling In and Out of Malaysia to country of Origin)
  • Accommodation Booking Confirmation

Time

1. Operation Hours : Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm
2. Current Day Application Cut-Off Time : 10.30am (Application submitted after the submission cut off time will be considered as next working day submission)
3. Turn-around Time : The standard turn-around time of application process will be 24 hours​

Note

1. The services provided are for application purpose only. Approval of applications are subject to Immigration Department, High Commission of Malaysia in Singapore
2. Strictly no fast track / express services provided. All application will be returned to submitting party by next working day.  (Applicant can contact us using the feedback form should there be any instances of agents offering fast track services with additional fee)
3. Service Fee charged are not inclusive of any fee charged by third party.
